11. A Step in the Right Direction
I love this image as it shows the first thing to change when faced with a traumatic situation. I imagin that this image would be largely unsung as it appears so simple in comparison to many of the others, but the story it tells to those who want to look into it is quite an important one in the great scheme of the story told.
An image so plain and simple must have been completed in a rush. This was one of those sleepless nights. The feeling of releif after finishing one of these just before you have to rush off for work, and right after a really really long night is quite amazing. So this simple little image holds more meaning than most.
