Self Sufficiency

In this image our character is using his own shape to fill his own gap. It's never likely to be a perfect match but I guess if the shoe fits, wear it, right?

I guess you could argue that this is how we all start out. Young and care free. Content with the day and making the most out of it. I guess when we start to see things, we start to want things, and I guess in situations like these our once perfectly fitting shapes wouldn't fit in our (now changed) gaps. The next minute we'd find ourselves in that great pool of people who are dependant on others who have the shape to complete us.

That rolled of my tongue (keyboard) far too easily, and I may have confused myself along the way. I was at risk of getting too deep with this one :)
